We are pleased to announce that Mrs. Susan-Barbara Adjorkor Kumapley has joined the firm as a Partner.  She will head a new ICT & IP Department.  This new department will also handle related media, advertising and entertainment law transactions and issues.

Mrs. Kumapley is a former Associate of BELA and has in recent years been working as the Head of Regulatory Affairs of Vodafone Ghana.

The creation of this department is a reflection of the importance of ICT and IP in business and therefore the necessity of giving these areas of law a greater structural focus in the firm. We believe that this appointment and focus will further strengthen our position as the leading corporate law practice in Ghana and enhance our ability to provide more customised services to our clients.”
