IFLR1000
Bentsi-Enchill Letsa & Ankomah has a top tier ranking in the IFLR1000

• At its meeting in Paris on 29 June 2012, the World Council of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) appointed our Managing Partner, Mr. Ace Anan Ankomah, to serve as a Member of the International Court of Arbitration, to serve a 3-year term from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2015.

We are pleased to announce that Mrs. Susan-Barbara Adjorkor Kumapley has joined the firm as a Partner.  She will head a new ICT & IP Department.  This new department will also handle related media, advertising and entertainment law transactions and issues.

Mrs. Kumapley is a former Associate of BELA and has in recent years been working as the Head of Regulatory Affairs of Vodafone Ghana.

The creation of this department is a reflection of the importance of ICT and IP in business and therefore the necessity of giving these areas of law a greater structural focus in the firm. We believe that this appointment and focus will further strengthen our position as the leading corporate law practice in Ghana and enhance our ability to provide more customised services to our clients.
