INTRODUCTION

Trustee Services Limited (TSL) was incorporated in February 1995 to provide company secretarial, trustees and custodial services and also to undertake legal due diligence audits.

It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah (BELA), legal practitioners. The directors of the company are the five partners of BELA.

Trustee incorporates companies in Ghana for both local and foreign clients.

Having incorporated a company, Trustee is happy to serve as company secretary (an office that is compulsory under Ghanaian Company law).
